PA-80 fire-resistant molding material
|

|
PA-80 fire-resistant molding material is confected with PA-80 high temperature resistant adhesive, combined fire-resistant powder, high aluminium content material and solidifying additive. It has some features such as fire-resistance, high strength and heat-stability. During the period of production, the temperature it can reach is 300¡æ higher than normal molding material can. It is mainly used in molding as a whole or repair at the wall, top and mouth of heating furnace and even-heat furnace. Our plant has built a molding material prefabrication workshop to make various prefab components according to workpiece drawing. All these prefab components will be roasted at 800¡æ in order to shorten the roasting time for customers.
